At this time, LLPO is preparing three (3) more applications for listing of unsecured notes (Bonds) amounted to Euro2 mil each in ECM of CSE. In these cases, LLPO prepared the tax planning and structure, is preparing the terms of the bonds, and it will proceed with the procedures for fundraising through a private placement.

Further, LLPO acted as a legal advisor for the reversed takeover of LEMECO SILVEX by C.T.O. Public Company Limited a Euro 30.000.000 capitalisation company. LLPO is currently acting as the Legal Advisor and Compliance Advisor of the company C.T.O. Public Company Ltd.

LLPO also acted for the Lead Arranger, Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited for the negotiation advice and drafting of two Syndicate Loan Agreements in relation to Neapolis Project Paphos for the amount of Euro 180.000.000.
