Alexandra Tapakki was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2003. She holds an LLB Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Reading and she completed her legal traineeship in September 2026 where she gained a particular interest in Corporate and Commercial Law. Alexandra joined LLPO Law Firm in September 2026 as a Junior Corporate Legal Advisor. Her practice focuses on corporate legal advisory, with experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Alexandra advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, shareholder matters, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Her experience includes advising on share acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, commercial agreements and company incorporations, as well as ongoing corporate governance and compliance matters. She also has experience in matters involving regulated financial institutions, trusts and related corporate and regulatory considerations.

Alexandra combines strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law with a commercially focused and solutions-oriented approach to legal advisory work. She is experienced in analysing complex corporate and commercial matters, assessing legal and regulatory considerations, and providing practical advice aligned with the commercial objectives and needs of clients.

Alexandra is a native Greek speaker and is fluent in English.
