Acted as counsel to a major public company in connection with a corporate reorganisation involving the de-merger of a real estate business holding high-value development assets.

The restructuring was designed to facilitate a joint development arrangement with a real estate partner. We advised on structuring, supported negotiations, coordinated with tax advisors, prepared court applications and affidavits, and are assisting with shareholder and creditor meetings required for approval.
