Advised an international renewable energy entrepreneur in relation to investments made through Cyprus companies in multi-million-euro energy development projects.
Following regulatory restrictions imposed after land acquisition, we advised on Cyprus corporate law issues relating to shareholdings, subscriptions, transfers, and pre-emption rights. We also acted as expert witnesses on Cyprus corporate law in international arbitration proceedings, submitting expert reports and oral testimony in support of claims exceeding €10 million.
